NBA YoungBoy is one of the hottest up-and-coming rappers at the moment, and although he's currently arrested and charged with two counts of attempted second degree murder, the Never Broke Again member stays putting out music. Today, the Baton Rouge rapper dropped a new song titled "Don't Matter," which features and is produced by Kodak Black affiliate Dubba-AA.
